I will not be breathing down your neck but I will check in with you from time to time to make sure you know I haven’t forgotten you. I am completely obsessed with real estate – always have been. Even though most of my previous professional work experience was in the legal field, I have always kept up with the real estate market. I held various positions in law offices from legal secretary and paralegal to office administrator for over 20 years. Because of the legal background, I am very familiar with the legal verbage found in real estate documents and used in real estate transactions. My husband of 24 years is a business litigation attorney so he has had many cases involving real estate transactions that went wrong. This experience has made me very careful so that I dot every i and cross every t. Not to say that I don’t ever make mistakes but I understand the necessity of being very detail oriented throughout a transaction.
I love working with buyers and seeing the excitement on their face when we find the right house. Finding the right property takes patience and I am a very patient person. I understand that this is one of the most important decisions you will make and one of the biggest financial investments you will make. If you are not completely thrilled with your new home, I don’t want you to “settle”. It is out there and we will find it. I am tenacious when it comes to finding the right properties and I love a challenge!

I even provide a personal website with your new home address and information that you can send to friends. My sellers are very important and I treat them as such.
