One of my favorite neighborhoods in Mt Juliet is called Jackson Hills.  The houses are beautiful with high end finishes, the location is fabulous and the schools are amazing too.  The lot sizes range from .22 acre to .34 acre.  The subdivision is situated on what used to be a farm next to Mt Juliet High School.  While my boys attended the high school, I watched with interest as the land went from a farm with cows that you had to make sure were not wandering across the road by the school to this awesome neighborhood with a 5000 sf amenities center.  It was an amazing transformation to watch.  The home plans range in size from 1600 sf to over 4000 sf and are priced from $343,000 to $565,000.  The amenities include a clubhouse, fitness center, playground, pool, whiffle ball court, walking trails, dog park and underground utilities.  There is an HOA and the association fee is $65 per month.   The houses are built by Signature Homes which is also building McDaniel Farms in College Grove where the homes start in the $500ks.   Most of the homes currently listed for sale are new construction homes but there are a couple that are existing homes that are now being resold.

The houses in the neighborhood consist of all brick, painted brick, or partial brick with fiber cement board or full fiber cement board.  I love the fact that this is not a “cookie cutter” neighborhood.  All the houses have some similarities to make the neighborhood flow nicely but they are all unique in their own way.  The developer has done a great job creating a comfortable neighborhood with a great community feel.

Here is a list of the available homes being advertised for sale in the neighborhood now:  Let me know if I can answer question for you about this neighborhood or if you would like to meet me there for a buyer tour!
